Shipping/Handling

If your order is placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, your item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 3-7 business days, pending all items are in stock and credit approval.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100. (Continental US only)

FLAT-RATE $7.95 shipping for all orders under $100. (Continental US only.)

FREE and FLAT-RATE SHIPPING is shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because we ship Priority Mail, we are able to ship to your home, office, and Post Office Box, unlike other shippers. The US Priority Mail service is faster and safer than regular mail. You will receive your product within two to three business days after shipping. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number to track your order and to know the expected delivery date. All orders are shipped from Alexandria,VA.

If you need your product shipped faster, we offer expedited shipping options via United Parcel Services (UPS). A detailed quote will be provided by UPS at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: In some countries, including Canada, UPS charges additional brokerage fees. These fees are NOT calculated at checkout as these fees are determined by UPS separately. Therefore, The Little Bra Company is not responsible for these fees. The Little Bra Company is also not responsible for any international duties or taxes that may be applied by the customs office of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country, and may vary depending on the contents of the order. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable by state.

Back Order

If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified via email if one or more items will be delayed beyond the original target date. We ship back-ordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when shipped.

Back-ordered items from your order will be grouped and shipped together when it is reasonable to do so. In the event of multiple shipments, you will not be charged more than your original shipping quote. Back-ordered items will be shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS Ground.

Exchanges/Refunds

All Sale are Final!  We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not satisfied, returns and exchanges are no an option.  We would rather give you a phone and and a credit towards another item, and work on build a long term relationship. If our Ceo decides to make an acceptation and administer an exchange or refund.  All items must be in original condition with all tags intact in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on intimate apparel containing a crotch. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.

All clearance items are also final sale and no returns will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing such items.

Since we are unable to offer complimentary return shipping at this time, we recommend using a flat, padded envelope in our original packaging as this will keep your return shipping costs minimal. Please feel free to use a postal service provider that is most convenient for you. We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.

Please note that all exchanges within the Continental US are subject to a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee in order to send you back your exchange items. Alternatively, you can place a new order online through our website. Not only will you receive your items sooner, but you will also receive free shipping if your order is more than $100.00!

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
