Welcome. It’s been such a long journey to get here. I have been servicing consumers for many, many, many years. I have met the most wonderful people and worked for some amazing companies such as Nordstrom, Limited Brands when they owned EXPRESS & Structure (the good ole days), Target, Davaco, Marithe’ & Francois Girbaud, Hartmann Luggage, EPSON, Wolf Camera, DXL, Jos. A Bank, Calico Corners etc. Each opportunity was a joy and a new chapter in my career. I gave the employees I managed, and my customers a 110% commitment of GREAT service everyday. I can remember working at Nordstrom on the magnificent mile back home in Chicago, in the Via C/Savvy department. The customer I was helping had planned a surprise birthday party for her husband, it was that night. She explained to me before she made her purchase that she would not have enough time to return back and retrieve her garments and be dressed in time for the party. I said, “Don’t worry I will jump in a cab when I get off work and bring them to you.” I only had about $10 dollars in my pocket to get from work to Wicker Park. However I had a commitment to keep, I made it to her house. The smile on my customers face, when I walked up the stairs was priceless. I decided from that moment on, that I would always give the very best to my customers.
I now bring you the “The Concierge House”, here at the “The House” as my team and I refer to it. We offer you a variety of services, there is no limit just contact us. If it’s not listed on the site, run it by us and we will see if we can get the job done. We offer service at it’s BEST, we want to help make your life easier. We use everyday people as our models, because we’re servicing everyday people on the “GO”. We know there’s only 24hrs in a day, so with a helping hand from “The House”, you can feel a little more relaxed.
